Product Description

Our custom fold over pouch pairs functional protection with brand-ready presentation for corporate packaging, retail, and event gifting. Made from cotton standardly, the pouch is also available in satin or velvet. The envelope-style flap closes with a ribbon tie; ribbon options include grosgrain or satin in custom colors. Interiors can be single-layer, lined with calico, or reinforced with stiffeners. Internal dividers, zippers, or clear windows are available on request.

Branding options include screen print, heat transfer, foil stamping (gold or silver), embroidery, and woven labels. Standard sizes are 20×30 cm and 35×25 cm; custom dimensions are accepted to fit specific products. Minimum order quantity is 100 units, suitable for small runs and larger corporate orders.

  • Optional logo printing methods Screen Printing Advantages: Low cost, suitable for single or double color printing. Disadvantages: Need to make printing screens, slightly higher price for small quantities, cannot do gradient color. Digital Printing Advantages: No color limitation, what you see is what you get for logo images, suitable for small to medium batch customization. Disadvantages: Slightly higher unit price, not suitable for large-scale production. Gold & Silver Screen Printing Advantages: Firm and not easy to fall off. There will be a golden and silver shine. Disadvantages: Need to make a printing screen, slightly higher price for small quantities, cannot do gradient colors. Embroidery Advantages: Three-dimensional and high-end. Disadvantages: The price increases with the increase of embroidery area. Fabric Label Advantages: Machine embroidery or screen printing on fabric labels is affordable. Disadvantages: The logo color is limited to 1-2 colors and the logo size is limited by the fabric label. Embossing Advantages: Low cost, suitable for velvet fabric, has a concave and convex effect. Disadvantages: Limited by materials, most materials are not suitable for embossing.
